Booking and Payment Policies for all Wild Rites events

Places on Wild Rites programmes and ceremonies are limited and precious; for example, only 20 people are able to quest with Wild Rites each year. To best support you to honour your commitment to Soulmaking and to ensure that opportunities to work with Wild Rites are fully utilised, we operate with the following booking policy.

BOOKING CHECKLIST

Your booking is complete, and your space in the workshop or ceremony is secured when:

  1. The completed booking form is submitted

  2. A full deposit has been paid

  3. The online Medical Questionnaire is completed

  4. You receive an email stating your booking and payment have been successfully received.

Please note Wild Rites is a recreational drug and alcohol-free zone.

PAYMENT POLICY

The deposit reserves your space in a programme – bookings are incomplete, and your place is not reserved until the full deposit has been received. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are indicated on each programme page.

  • Final payment is due no less than 60 days before the programme start date.

  • When booking with less than 60 days before the start date of a programme, payment of the entire fee is required.

YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

It is standard procedure for Wild Rites to share your email address with everyone attending your programme and the programme guides, including any apprentice guides or assistants. This enables you to contact one another before or after completing the programme (i.e. car-sharing purposes, food arrangements, train station pick-up etc.). By enrolling on a programme, you consent to share this information with those attending your programme.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION BY WILD RITES:  If Wild Rites cancels a programme due to unforeseen circumstances, booked participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid. (This is very rare and, in our history, has only happened due to compulsory government lockdowns.)

CANCELLATION BY YOU:  Enrolling in a Wild Rites programme is to invite a deeper connection with your soul. It is to say “yes” to a potentially life-changing experience, a journey of initiation or deepening into a soul-inspired life. It’s not unusual for fear, resistance, lethargy, or an apparent time/schedule conflict to arise as the time of your programme nears.

We believe whatever arises is all part of your journey and is ripe with opportunity and meaning. Our cancellation policy is designed to support you in honouring your commitment and to support our guides as they prepare for your programme:

All Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel - which includes unexpected events or emergencies that mean you are unable to attend, or you have changed your mind about attending the programme for any reason - your payment is forfeited.

Many travel insurance companies provide insurance for residential courses. Some people choose to insure their booking under a relevant policy. We are unable to offer any insurance advice. Please consult an appropriate insurance company.
